Returns & Refund Policy
At Cecilia & Grace, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
European Union customers
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To request a return, please contact us at contact@ceciliaandgrace.com before sending your item back.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received and, where reasonably possible, with its original packaging.
Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please do not send a return to the original shipping address. We will provide the appropriate return instructions after your request has been approved.
Customers outside the European Union
For customers located outside the European Union, we do not generally accept returns due solely to a change of mind, unless required by applicable consumer law.
This does not affect your rights if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us at contact@ceciliaandgrace.com as soon as possible and include:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- clear photographs or video showing the problem.
Once the issue has been reviewed, we will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to you. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If your item is eligible for return and you would like another finish or product, the original item must first be returned and a new order placed separately.
Order cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered processing.
Because we aim to process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed once an order has been placed.

Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
Return address
Do not return any item without contacting us first.
The appropriate return address and instructions will be provided after your return request has been reviewed.
